The following requirements must be met to be eligible for Certification:

1. Attend and participate in all Coaching Meetings
2. Complete all e-learning Lessons
3. Submit all assignments
4. Pass all quizzes at 80% or above
5. Pass the Final Exam at 80% or above
6. Demonstrate and uphold the core principles of Personal Medicine
