I'm Stacie Mei Laccohee-Duffield (They/She) - a woman with a transgender experience, a parent, and a neurodivergent peer advocate. As a Personal Medicine Coach and QCEO of Queer and Diverse Pathways, I draw on lived experience, compassion, and humour to create spaces where healing feels safe and real. My work centres on helping people uncover and strengthen their own Personal Medicine - the everyday actions that restore meaning and hope. Through storytelling, curiosity, and gentle reflection, I walk beside people as they reconnect with what sustains them, honouring identity, culture, and neurodiversity as essential parts of wellbeing. My approach is non-judgemental and trauma-informed, meeting people where they are and trusting their wisdom to guide recovery. I focus on presence over prescription - using Personal Medicine Cards, co-reflection, and creative expression to help people move past pain and reconnect with purpose. I believe growth unfolds at the pace of trust, and healing is not about erasing trauma but reclaiming power from it. For me, Personal Medicine is the art of authenticity - found in my drawings, advocacy, and laughter with my son - a daily act of choosing life, even when it burns a little.
