I first encountered Personal Medicine at a conference in 2023 and was immediately and deeply moved by Dr. Deegan's vision and belief. Though the timing wasn't right at first, I was finally able to pursue my training and become a certified coach in 2026. I know from my own experience what it means to believe you are broken and incapable of anything. But I also know now that I have strength within me and the power to steer my own life. Recovery comes from within. People can help themselves and heal - that is a frightening truth, but it is the truth. It is precisely because of this that I am honored to walk alongside those who are finding the courage to take that first step, and to help them discover the healer that already lives within them.
