In 2025, I encountered Personal Medicine, and it immediately shifted how I think about care. Having lived with anxiety and other mental health issues for most of my life, I recognized many of the small routines and habits that steady someone through hard moments - the same kinds of practices Personal Medicine highlights. That recognition fueled my commitment to help others find and use their own practical tools for healing. I believe better mental health care starts with listening to the person in front of you and building on what already helps them. That belief is what keeps me doing this work every day.
