My name is Cecile Prinz and I am from Kiryat Bialik, Israel. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in community mental health, and an additional master's degree in social work. I am also a psychotherapist and a certified IMR (Illness Management and Recovery) coach. I work at Enosh, the Israeli Mental Health Association, at Headspace, a mental health promotion center for adolescents and young adults, where I work as a psychotherapist. In addition, I take part in Enosh's team of experts by experience. I attended the ISPRA conference in Israel, where Dr. Deegan gave a lecture on Personal Medicine. This introduced me to the field of Personal Medicine, which I believe is a meaningful and powerful approach. I connect with the Personal Medicine approach on both personal and professional levels, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of a team at Enosh working to implement this approach.
