Certified Personal Medicine Coach

Upon leaving my role as Medication History Technician, I knew I wanted to have a more personal role with people I grew to care about who were in recovery from Mental Illness or Addiction, and also those who need help navigating the toughness of everyday life. When I came across Pat Deegan's Personal Medicine Coaching I had an A-ha moment. This type of Coaching doesn't rely on an amount of knowledge, but on guiding each person on their own journey with the wisdom that already lies within themselves. I am excited to take on my next vocation - it just keeps getting better when you are open to learning.
