Hi, I am originally from Brooklyn NY and I moved to Arizona in 1998. This move began the recovery journey in which I am still on and growing every day. I left NY to start my recovery from addiction to drugs and to find out who I am. As a result, I've grown into someone both imagined and did not imagine. All due to taking the steps highly suggested in order to transform my life beyond measure. I am 28 years clean and sober and serve in the behavioral health field as a Substance Abuse Specialist. I accepted the offer to become a Personal Medicine coach in order to increase my understanding on how to help other transform their lives in the most meaningful way. Becoming a CPMC has served my personal growth as well as serving others immensely. It has increased my ability to access my inner wisdom thereby affording me the ability to assist others on their recovery journey.
