Diane J. Bricker MSEd, CPRS is the Executive Director of Safe Harbor Peer Support Services, where she leads with strategic vision, and a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, and recovery centered care. With a background in peer support coaching, organizational development, and community outreach, Diane fosters inclusive environments that amplify lived experience and empower individuals on their recovery journeys. Prior to her role at Safe Harbor, Diane served as the Reentry Coordinator for Delaware County, where she championed collaborative, person-centered approaches to reintegration and systemic change. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Speech Communication from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a Master of Education in Community Mental Health from the University of Dayton.
